Machete - March 15, 2011
Machete is a fantasy Philippine drama produced by GMA Network adapted from a character of the same name created by Pablo S. Gomez. The show first stars Aljur Abrenica and Bela Padilla then later bela was replace by Kris Bernal as the new leading lady of machete. it is directed by Don Michael Perez.[2][3] The show premiered on January 24, 2011 replacing Jillian: Namamasko Po on the GMA Telebabad block. The show is broadcasted internationally through GMA Pinoy TV on January 26, 2011, two days after its original release. The series is a remake for the movie with the same name which starred Cesar Montano and Rita Avila and was remade again in 1995 which starred Gardo Versoza and Rosanna Roces.[4] The show will have its finale on March 18, 2011.
